Hey! My name is Bryan, and I am originally from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, but moved to Florence, Kentucky in 2009. I attended the University of Kentucky and just recently graduated in May 2016 with my Bachelor's in Business Management. I joined Orangetheory Fitness Lexington about 2 weeks after they Opened in August 2015 as a part-time sales associate and helped with the local community outreach. Month by month I fell more and more in love with everything about Orangetheory, it's members, the workout, and especially the difference we were making in peoples lives. In June 2016, I decided I wanted to be even more about the fitness experience, so I became certified as an Orangetheory Fitness Coach! Orangetheory not only helps you reach your goals in life, but it has also changed mine. When you ever see me at the front desk or around the studio, don't be afraid to introduce yourself and say hi!

Hi I'm Brooke Myers Head Coach here at OTF Lexington. Lexington is my home town earning my Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from The University of Kentucky. Don't be fooled I may have lived in the same town my whole life but I adore traveling. The farther the better and too often isn't often enough! I love that feeling of being lost in different cultures, and I use this strength at Orangetheory. I believe to achieve your goals you have to travel outside your comfort zone and find that drive deep down to PUSH you through. There is a special moment in class where you can feel the effort and energy from every person and that's honestly my favorite part, when our members truly engage with each other and their coach vulnerable and outside side their safe place to make progress. Being a team member and a sports fan my whole life teamwork and individual effort is a big part of who I am and why we work so hard at OTF. See you in class come ready for a challenge!

Slater was born and raise in Owensboro, Kentucky, his love for fitness started with his dads boxing gym where he was the assistant trainer. This was where his love for group fitness began. He is currently in the Nursing program at the University of Kentucky and are so lucky to have him as one of our coaches!

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
